Shipping is free for all orders delivered in Italy. International shipping is charged according to the destination selected at checkout.
Order preparation
BOGEY products are made and fulfilled on demand. Once payment has been confirmed, your order is prepared for production and shipment.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary according to the product, production location and destination. The timeframe communicated after your order is placed is an estimate and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or customs procedures.
International duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may be requested by local authorities or the courier. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the relevant details are sent to the email address used for the order.
